Product Description |
The Texsport Folding Toilet is the “no-frills” basic and simple collapsible camping toilet that folds flat for easy storage. There are no bells and whistles here. What you get is a budget friendly functional portable toilet that is sanitary and does the job it was intended to do.
This folding toilet features sturdy tubular steel legs that are heavy–duty and a durable plastic toilet seat with a removable plastic retaining ring that holds the toilet bag in place, making it easy to maintain a sanitary toilet. Like pretty much all of the collapsible camping toilets, the Texsport folding toilet is designed to be used with disposable camping toilet bags which makes for about as hassle-free of an outdoor “nature-call” as you can get.
Once you’ve “done-your-business”, simply remove the waste bag, seal-it, and dispose of it at your earliest convenience.
The Texsport folding toilet includes 6 disposable toilet waste bags that are made of polyvinyl chloride PVC construction. 12 pack replacement toilet bags are available and can be purchased separately.
Texsport Folding Toilet Dimensions (folded)
- 19”H x 13.5”W x 1.75”D
- Weight: 3 Pounds
For a higher quality folding toilet (and more expensive) you may want to have a look at the
PETT Toilet.

love my loo

we've used this loo for several years--while we're building a more permanent and substantial one. yes, one time it collapsed--i hadn't secured the leg into the seat slot. mea culpa. my granddaughter had issues w/ potty training--wouldn't use a toilet at all, 'til she agreed to use this one. the issues ended. she now uses a real potty but is still glad to use this one when she's staying w/ us.
Good Value for the Money

Just as advertised. I haven't had any other portable toilets so I'm reserving my 5th star just in case I ever find a deluxe one. This one serves our puposes just fine though.

Had one of these items while in the military and it did come in handy. Beats trying to hover over a hole in the ground or trying to park one cheek on a log/rock and vigorously grasping the other cheek. Some of the items clips did break off, but that was rectified with duct tape. After a while the legs did tend to bend but that was rectified by having a friend weld some supports alond the legs. Balance for this item is not very good, so don't expect to read a newspaper while using this. Can be used with bags or you can get creative and dig a hole under you and play "bombadier". After a while the seat itself broke, but, again, that was rectified with duct tape. After a few years of using duct tape and other creative ways of fixing this item, I hit on the idea of cutting a hole into the seat of a folding chair (much more comfortable). This item is good for the quick use/day trip. Sometimes you get what you pay for. Good concept though.

Very very cheap quality.. Made in china! Part of it broke off the first time i use it.. And it didn't come with the 6 disposable bags, though its written on the box that it comes with them! Wouldn't recommend it to anyone!
Good for a laugh!

I set this up in our shower tent. The legs collapsed and I fell backward. Wife came in to check on me after hearing a string of expletives. She couldn't stop laughing the rest of the day. We have since bought one of those 5-gallon plastic buckets with a custom molded seat (about $15 for both). Just use regular kitchen sized white or black plastic bags - PERFECT!! If you insist on buying the folding loo, I have one - used ONCE!
